Lead Product Designer

About the role

Datamatics Global Service is looking for a seasoned Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience of its digital products. You will own the design vision from research through delivery, ensuring a cohesive and user‑centered experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end product design process, from user research and ideation to high‑fidelity delivery.
• Define and champion the overall design and UX strategy for multiple product lines.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with technical feasibility.
• Establish and maintain a design system to guarantee consistency across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior UI/UX and product designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of professional product design experience.
• Proven track record leading design teams and delivering complex digital solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
