Legal Advisor – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a Legal Advisor to support its corporate and commercial practice. The successful candidate will work on a variety of regional and local matters, providing high‑quality legal advice and drafting services in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Provide precise legal advice to clients on complex corporate and commercial transactions.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents, propose amendments, and ensure meticulous attention to detail.
• Support due‑diligence processes and assist with M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Manage legal workflow, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Draft legal articles and newsletters for internal knowledge sharing and client communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputable law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law.
• Proven ability to work under supervision while delivering accurate, timely legal work.

Required skills

• Legal drafting in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Saudi law and Sharia.
• Experience with legal tech tools for document and task management.
