Legal Counsel

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to lead commercial contracting matters across the Middle East and the broader EMESA region. The role sits within BCG’s Global Legal Team and supports the firm’s multinational professional‑services operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a fully integrated member of the Global Legal Team, focusing on commercial risk identification and internal process improvement.
• Champion BCG’s contracting and risk‑management standards throughout the Middle East and EMESA region.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, licensing, subcontractor, partnership and nondisclosure agreements.
• Develop and implement contracting policies and assist with approvals for deviations.
• Provide contracting support to other regions globally and advise on general legal matters as needed.

Required profile

• At least five years (60 months) of post‑qualification legal experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contracting and ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of Middle‑East legal frameworks and ability to support cross‑regional teams.
• Excellent drafting skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
