About the role
We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented candidates who are eager to grow and gain hands‑on experience in the legal field.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and memoranda to mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct legal research, monitor legislative changes, and prepare legal reports and opinions.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and represent the company before judicial and regulatory authorities when required.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
