About the role
We are looking for a Leisure Travel Consultant to join our team at the Khobar and Dammam branches. The role involves handling travel bookings, airline ticketing, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings and airline ticketing.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong experience in leisure travel and airline ticketing.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
