Litigation Section Head

About the role

The Litigation Section Head will manage and represent the company in all legal cases, disputes, investigations and corporate claims, ensuring compliance with laws, policies and budgets. This senior position serves as the primary legal contact, coordinating with internal departments, governmental bodies and external law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Legal consultations: provide reviews, advice, coordinate with departments, stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.
• Investigations: manage internal investigations, recommend disciplinary actions, handle anti‑corruption matters, lead assigned committees.
• Litigation: supervise external law firms, defend the company in courts, represent the organization before legal committees, coordinate information, manage claims and attorney correspondence, follow judicial notifications and rulings.
• Contracts & legal documents: develop standard templates, draft and review various legal documents in Arabic.
• Policies, processes & procedures: monitor compliance, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• People management: train, mentor and coach team members, delegate tasks, promote a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience, with strong background in litigation, investigations and corporate claims.
• Saudi nationality.
