Lobby Lounge Assistant Manager

About the role

The Lobby Lounge Assistant Manager will support the F&B Manager in delivering exceptional service at Raffles The Red Sea’s flagship lounge. This role ensures smooth daily operations, upholds brand standards, and drives guest satisfaction in a luxury, nature‑focused resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming and service standards at all times.
• Oversee outlet operations, including opening and closing checklists.
• Monitor financial performance, LQA and Forbes targets, and cascade goals to the team.
• Report guest feedback and incidents through the Glitch system.
• Manage inventory, equipment readiness, and outlet maintenance.
• Develop upselling strategies, set sales goals, and drive revenue.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the restaurant team, ensuring KPI alignment.
• Handle security incidents and guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotional events with the marketing department.
• Prepare end‑of‑operation reports, including sales and guest comments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Proven experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong understanding of financial targets and service standards.
• Ability to lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain high quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Glitch reporting system.
