Logistics Manager – Construction (Onshore & Offshore)

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead the planning and execution of all logistics activities for construction projects, both on‑shore and off‑shore. This role ensures that equipment, materials, and supplies reach the site safely, on time, and within budget, supporting seamless project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive logistics plan covering transportation, deliveries, storage, and distribution for on‑shore and off‑shore sites.
• Oversee logistics operations for infrastructure and marine construction projects.
• Coordinate the movement of heavy equipment, machinery, materials, and marine‑related resources.
• Manage logistics subcontractors, suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams to align logistics with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, permits, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor logistics costs, schedules, resources, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve transportation, delivery, customs, and site logistics issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 20 + years of logistics experience, preferably within construction, contracting, or marine companies.
• Strong coordination, leadership, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
