Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead and manage all logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound to outbound stages. This role combines team leadership with process optimisation to achieve timely, cost‑effective deliveries while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation, inventory coordination, and warehouse activities.
• Lead a logistics team, fostering efficiency and high performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners such as carriers and freight forwarders.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with customs clearance procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics and supply‑chain principles.
• Hands‑on experience with inbound and outbound shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse operations and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
