Loss Prevention Supervisor (Saudi National)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets across the St. Regis property in Ummahat Island. Reporting to management, you will lead patrols, conduct inspections, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, emergency response drills, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Investigate incidents, interview witnesses, and prepare confidential reports.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support training, coaching, and act as a role model for fair‑treatment policies.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 24 months of relevant security experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
