About the role
LADUN INVESTMENT COMPANY is hiring a full-time Maintenance Coordinator in Riyadh. The role covers preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance, work order follow-up and coordination of technicians and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance
- Manage and follow up work orders
- Coordinate technicians and contractors
- Handle spare parts and materials coordination
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management or O&M operations
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Required skills
- CAFM / CMMS systems
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and BMS systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
