About the role
Zamil Co is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, technical service delivery, installation, and commissioning services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic maintenance planning.
- Manage service contracts and drive business development.
- Enhance technical team efficiency and oversee field operations.
- Monitor KPIs, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance operations and technical service delivery.
- Experience in business development and service contract management.
- Strong strategic planning, operational management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to improve technical team efficiency and monitor revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction.
