Maintenance Technician – CNC & Electrical Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC and welding equipment running smoothly in a metal manufacturing environment. The role combines mechanical, electrical and control‑panel expertise to ensure high‑precision production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC and welding machines.
• Diagnose, repair and replace electrical, electronic and mechanical components, including motors, drives, sensors and control panels.
• Calibrate and adjust machines to maintain precision and accuracy.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, switches and control panels.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and technical support while ensuring safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report major issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in electrical.
• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a CNC machine maintenance technician with strong electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with machine installation is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
