Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for restoring industrial equipment to optimal condition, performing both corrective and preventive tasks, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. This role works closely with the Maintenance Team Leader and Production staff to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and execute repair requests following work instructions and machine manuals.
• Seek assistance from Lead Technician or Team Leader for complex breakdowns.
• Request and track spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form.
• Clean the work area after repairs according to the Post‑Maintenance Cleaning WI.
• Document completion details, findings, and pending tasks on the Repair Request Form (RRF) and obtain production approval.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks using checklists and report new findings.
• Carry out in‑house calibration activities as instructed.
• Implement 5S duties to maintain an organized workspace.
• Follow all health, safety, and Saudi labor regulations, report incidents, and use required PPE.

Required profile

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, preferably obtained through a technical institute degree.
• Good physical condition and ability to work under high‑stress conditions.
• Willingness to work alternating shifts.
