About the role

As a Maintenance/Shift Engineer you will help keep the hotel safe, functional and welcoming for guests and team members. You will be part of the facilities team, responding quickly to service requests and ensuring the property runs smoothly around the clock.

Key responsibilities

Support overall hotel facility maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
Perform repairs and routine maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
Document all inspections, repairs and any issues that require further attention.

Required profile

Passion for delivering hospitality experiences.
Integrity, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work with urgency and discipline.
