Managed Services Engineering Intern

About the role

Motorola Solutions Arabia is looking for a Managed Services Engineering Intern in Riyadh. The internship supports the International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions, with hands-on exposure to mission-critical software, AI and automation used in command centers. The company's Services team covers the Asia, Middle East and Africa region and serves mainly public safety, government, energy and natural resources clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and radio systems
• Track system performance and document incident resolutions
• Work with web, mobile and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows
• Help prepare reports for customer meetings on service availability
• Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science
• Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies
• Bilingual: proficiency in English and Arabic is required

Required skills

• Basic understanding of networking, IT systems or wireless communications
