Management Consultant – Operations, Turnaround & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join a leading global consultancy’s Performance Improvement practice on a 3‑6 month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. The role is based in Riyadh’s KAFD district and operates in a hybrid work mode.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of performance improvement projects across diverse industries such as retail, energy, real estate, aerospace, and more.
• Conduct operational diagnostics and design supply‑chain optimisation strategies.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and develop financial models to quantify impact and support client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with private‑equity firms on portfolio value creation and transaction‑related matters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with strong academic performance, preferably in Business, Finance or Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of consulting experience at a top‑tier international consulting firm.
• Broad functional expertise in supply‑chain, large‑scale transformations, financial modelling and pricing.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC and ability to obtain a Saudi residency permit (support provided).
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
