Manager – Client Experience

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily account activities, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Support clients during events and activations.
• Create external and internal content such as press releases, key messages, speeches, and memos.
• Assist in setting and achieving campaign measurement and evaluation criteria.
• Drive organic growth and project sell‑ins from existing clients by promoting our services.
• Stay informed about industry and market developments affecting clients' businesses.
• Maintain deep understanding of clients' industries and market trends.
• Utilize social media channels effectively in PR strategies and provide digital counsel.
• Provide guidance and innovative ideas to account teams for client work.
• Assist in financial management, including coordinating suppliers and preparing activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in a reputable PR agency.
• Proven expertise in planning, creative, and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and account management experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, able to produce various content styles.
• Proficiency in Arabic communication.
• Experience managing teams and colleagues.
• Expertise in client servicing, media relations, and measurement/evaluation.
• Strong presentation skills, confidence, and professionalism.
