Manager Commercial Contract

About the role

The Manager – Commercial Contract leads end‑to‑end management of commercial contracts for KSIA projects, covering land leases, property agreements, and concessionaire contracts. The role ensures legal compliance, mitigates commercial risk, and provides strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and advise on land leases, office rentals, warehouse and other property contracts.
• Review property management agreements for operational alignment and asset protection.
• Ensure tenant documentation complies with Saudi real‑estate and zoning laws.
• Identify legal risks related to maintenance, utilities and develop indemnity provisions.
• Support lease enforcement, delinquency notices and tenant termination processes.
• Maintain standardized real‑estate contract templates.
• Draft and review revenue‑sharing agreements for retail, F&B and duty‑free operators.
• Incorporate service‑level standards into concessionaire contracts and verify bid submissions.
• Monitor compliance with permits, insurance and other contractual obligations.
• Develop annexes covering digital payments, data sharing and passenger privacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Professional certifications such as World CC (IACCM), PMP, CIPS, MRICS, CCM or equivalent.
