Manager - Compliance Policies Management

About the role

As a Manager – Compliance Policies Management you will lead the organisation’s policy management function, ensuring that policies are aligned with laws and internal standards, and that investigations into misconduct are conducted fairly and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain enterprise‑wide policies and procedures, keeping them up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and operational needs.
• Provide proactive advisory support to business units to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of policies across the organisation.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews, recommend enhancements, and monitor compliance through testing and reporting.
• Lead independent investigations into policy breaches, ethical concerns and conflicts of interest, and prepare reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Identify compliance gaps, support corrective‑action planning and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen the control environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Policy, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate investigations, compliance assessments and policy management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven project‑management capability with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent report‑writing, analytical and presentation skills.
