Manager - Government Advisory

About the role

The Manager – Government Advisory will support Tony Blair Institute’s growing portfolio of projects in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Working from the KSA hub, the role combines project delivery, business development and the horizontal sharing of expertise with clients and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support in‑country and regional projects, providing research, analysis and written insights for political leaders.
• Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements, articulate ideas and present deliverables.
• Develop tools such as dashboards, frameworks and trackers to improve programme management.
• Assist in opportunity scoping, relationship building and expansion into new geographies, including preparing presentations for senior government officials.
• Contribute to the inception and implementation phases of new projects as local teams are established.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 5‑7 years of experience in consulting, economics, high‑impact civil‑society organisations or related fields.
• Background in strategy or management consulting; knowledge of analytics is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in‑depth analysis, generate original insights and produce senior‑level deliverables.
• Strong project‑management and time‑management skills, with an entrepreneurial, self‑starter attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior leadership and navigating ambiguous environments.
