Manager - Healthcare Analytics

About the role

The Manager – Healthcare Analytics will lead the design, integration, and reporting of health‑related data from multiple sources. You will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that support optimal healthcare management and decision‑making for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute deliverables that analyse, validate, and standardise data‑gathering processes across insurance, clinical operations, demographics and costing reports.
• Design data models that combine patient information from diverse systems to create comprehensive health views.
• Analyse health‑risk segmentation, chronic‑case profiling and identify patterns and trends.
• Pull, integrate and analyse data to produce monthly performance reports for large accounts.
• Develop presentations and ensure timely completion of daily and monthly performance metrics.
• Communicate analytical insights to management.
• Apply advanced service categorisation, validate doctor names and specialties, and maintain unified service coding.
• Collaborate with business units on big‑data projects, digital transformations and ML model preparation.
• Automate manual reporting using Power BI.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a healthcare provider or health‑insurance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, surgery, pharmacy or a related medical field.
• Strong ability to interpret both high‑level and detailed data.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualisation and report automation.
