Manager Innovation Design

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a Manager Innovation Design to lead its Future Experience Design agenda. You will explore how technology, culture, guest behaviours and industry shifts will shape travel in the coming years, turning research and insights into compelling concepts and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative workshops, ideation sessions and co‑creation sprints with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop future experience visions, scenario concepts, prototypes, journey maps, simulations and concept films.
• Test and refine concepts with guests, startups, research partners and technology providers.
• Present ideas and future scenarios to senior leaders to influence strategic investment decisions.
• Build and maintain partnerships across the innovation ecosystem and stay connected to emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in innovation design, service design, product design, UX/UI or design strategy.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to translate research, trends and customer insights into strategic recommendations.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving, future‑focused concepts and business impact.
