Manager - IWP & IWTP Contracts Management

About the role

The Manager – IWP & IWTP Contracts Management leads the contract lifecycle for industrial water and wastewater treatment projects. You will provide expert guidance, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning for IWP and IWTP contracts aligned with corporate objectives.
• Assist in budgeting, policy development, and KPI tracking.
• Review contract documents for compliance and work with legal teams to mitigate liabilities.
• Conduct site visits to verify operator performance against technical standards.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement for payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify contractual risks, contribute to reporting, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Analyze plant progress reports, support technical due‑diligence, and ensure engineering reports meet quality standards.
• Participate in dispute and claim management to achieve timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing IWP/IWTP contracts.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set objectives, and develop talent.
