Manager – Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets (FAAS)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Transaction Accounting and Capital Markets engagements within its FAAS practice in Riyadh. The role supports high‑profile clients across the MENA region, delivering audit and accounting advisory services for IPOs, debt issuances, and other capital‑raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical accounting support for complex capital‑market transactions.
• Manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal EY policies and external regulations.
• Project‑manage transaction accounting workstreams and coach junior staff.
• Collaborate with audit teams and clients to develop risk‑based strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit or accounting advisory, preferably within a consulting firm.
• CPA, CA, or ACCA certification.
• Experience with capital‑raise transactions and strong management skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice across the MENA region.
