Manager – Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets (FAAS)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Transaction Accounting and Capital Markets engagements within its FAAS practice. Based in Riyadh, you will support capital‑markets clients across the MENA region, providing audit and accounting advisory services for IPOs, debt issuances and other capital‑raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical accounting support for capital‑markets transactions.
• Manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal EY policies and external regulations.
• Project‑manage transaction accounting workstreams and coach junior staff.
• Collaborate with audit teams and clients to develop risk‑based strategies.
• Maintain timely delivery of high‑quality work that meets client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit or accounting advisory, preferably within a consulting firm.
• CPA, CA or ACCA certification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; PCAOB audit experience is a plus.
• Proven experience supporting clients in capital‑raise transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel on short notice.
