Managing Consultant – Services Business Development & Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead services business development and analytics initiatives across the West Arabia region. The role focuses on driving consultative sales engagements, building senior client relationships, and delivering data‑driven solutions that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales engagements and strategic client development initiatives covering Analytics, AI, Data Strategy, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud capabilities.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long‑term senior client relationships.
• Contribute to deal bids and RFP responses, producing high‑quality, differentiated proposals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and thought‑leadership positioning.
• Analyze complex business problems, define clear objectives, and develop structured analytical approaches.
• Quantify client opportunities in financial terms, presenting ROI projections and business case rationales.
• Design and deliver compelling sales pitches, executive presentations, and written proposals tailored to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales and strategic client development within analytics, AI, or data‑focused services.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset to structure ambiguous problems and define solution pathways.
• Experience framing opportunities in financial terms and articulating ROI.
• Excellent communication skills for both verbal presentations and written proposals.
