Managing Director, Private Wealth – Nationalization

About the role

The Managing Director, Private Wealth will lead the firm’s private wealth business, focusing on acquisition, development and management of relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and select institutional investors across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives targeting HNW, UHNW, family offices, sovereign entities and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client assets and increase AUM.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor events and networking forums.
• Serve as senior relationship manager for key clients, delivering personalized wealth‑preservation solutions.
• Collaborate with investment teams to position and launch private‑wealth‑focused products across private equity, real estate, private credit, public equities, discretionary portfolio management and structured products.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing private‑wealth team, setting performance standards and business‑development targets.
• Develop and implement the firm’s private‑wealth growth strategy, annual business plans, budgets and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a private‑wealth or wealth‑management business at senior level.
• Strong network and track record of fundraising with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices and institutional investors in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies, manage large AUM and expand distribution channels.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing teams of private bankers, relationship managers and wealth advisors.
• Deep understanding of client objectives, risk appetite, liquidity needs and succession planning.
