Mandarin-speaking Waiter/Waitress at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking waiter or waitress to join the pre‑opening team at Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver courteous, professional food and beverage service to our international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient food and beverage service, anticipate guest needs, and present menus with detailed explanations.
• Serve and clear tables promptly, maintain proper table settings, and support food running and station refills.
• Act as a liaison between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, maintain cleanliness of service stations, and adhere to HACCP, FIFO, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
