Market Development Specialist

About the role

The Market Development Specialist will drive the identification and creation of new business opportunities, expand the organization’s presence in financial markets and support regulatory initiatives that improve market efficiency. You will work closely with financial institutions, investors and internal teams to shape market growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine regulatory frameworks for market institutions.
• Organize conferences, forums and workshops with financial market participants.
• Enhance employee skills through qualification and certification programs.
• Improve internal processes and controls within financial market institutions.
• Conduct studies and design regulatory and technical frameworks to attract foreign investors.
• Respond to investor inquiries, facilitate their market participation and address feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges faced by market institutions.
• Identify new local and international market opportunities and perform competitor analysis.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, monitor trends and prepare strategic reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in market development, business development, regulatory work or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical, research and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in financial markets or regulatory institutions is a plus.
