Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will drive the company’s commercial and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels while supporting cross‑functional teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of commercial and marketing strategies and build dashboards to track effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workshops, project‑setup meetings and content planning cycles, monitoring deliverables, timelines, approvals and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create and update digital media, website content, branding materials and social‑media assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic messaging.
• Provide bilingual Arabic–English review and support to guarantee language accuracy and local‑market relevance.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, preparing briefings, talking points and summaries for leadership ahead of workshops, meetings and media interactions.
• Contribute to digital and social‑media strategy execution, track engagement, reach, sentiment and campaign KPIs, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Plan and coordinate events, developing materials, talking points, branding assets and logistics while managing stakeholder communication and post‑event reporting.
• Assist in crisis communication readiness by maintaining REACT protocols and monitoring media signals for emerging issues.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, approval records and ensure compliance with contractual and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial analysis, corporate communications, consulting or project coordination.
