Marketing and Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing & Public Relations Manager to shape our brand positioning and lead integrated marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will combine storytelling expertise with data‑driven decision‑making to boost brand awareness and strengthen relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (digital and offline) and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency, craft messaging, and produce engaging marketing materials.
• Design and implement PR strategies, manage media relations, draft press releases, and handle crisis communications.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and build strategic partnerships.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, brand management or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven media‑relations experience.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
