Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the delivery of effective marketing and corporate communication services. Working under senior guidance, the role helps design, implement and monitor campaigns, manage brand assets and ensure smooth documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, including research, segmentation, event management and branding.
• Support media relations strategy and secure placements across print, broadcast and online channels.
• Conduct brand image surveys and analyse brand health metrics under senior supervision.
• Coordinate document management activities and maintain marketing and communication databases.
• Manage intellectual property assets generated from communication activities.
• Supervise day‑to‑day team operations, communicate goals, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor, analyse and report PR results on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in evaluating partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
• Oversee trademark registration processes and maintain the trademark library.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of marketing and corporate communication principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and junior team members.
• Excellent analytical skills for brand performance monitoring.
• Detail‑oriented approach to document and IP management.

Required skills

• Experience with market research and competitor intelligence.
