Marketing & Communication Director

About the role

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, is establishing a new benchmark in procurement and supply chain services. The Marketing & Communication Director will lead the development and execution of the brand’s strategic marketing and communications agenda, driving growth and customer satisfaction across the energy, petrochemical and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term marketing and communications plan aligned with ASMO’s “Value Leadership” strategy.
• Create annual business plans, monitor performance, and report progress to the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities, shaping business development initiatives.
• Oversee brand identity, media relations, digital campaigns, events, content creation and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.
• Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to optimise marketing performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 13 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 7 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in the energy or industrial sectors.
• Fluent oral and written English.
