Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA will lead the growth of the Kings League brand across the Middle East and North Africa. Working closely with the global team, you will design and execute regional marketing, communications, and fan‑engagement initiatives that boost brand awareness and community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy, adapting global campaigns to local cultures and identifying sports, entertainment, and cultural partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and live activations.
• Execute the regional PR and communications plan, building relationships with media, creators, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Support media outreach, corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis communications when needed.
• Design fan‑engagement initiatives, manage local activations with creators, ambassadors, clubs, and partners, and promote competitions, events, and launches.
• Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and external agencies, ensuring seamless cross‑functional execution and performance optimisation based on data insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Background in sports, entertainment, media, or gaming.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and influencer marketing.
• Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent project‑ and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
