Marketing Coordinator – Saudi National (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join Dream of the Desert in Riyadh. The role supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, bilingual content creation and event coordination, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and launching marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Create, review and adapt marketing content in Arabic and English.
• Manage social‑media platforms, content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and prepare marketing reports.
• Support the organisation of promotional events, exhibitions, media activities and product launches.
• Maintain an organised library of assets, photographs and branded materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Professional, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
