Marketing Director

About the role

The Marketing Director will support the Director of Marketing, PR & Communications in shaping and delivering integrated marketing initiatives for Jayasom Wellness Resort. This senior role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, enhancing guest engagement and promoting the resort’s wellness and sustainability values.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing, PR & Communications in planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and guest engagement.
• Drive multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver effective guest‑focused communications.
• Identify brand evolution opportunities, generate ideas and support innovation across the marketing function.
• Act as an ambassador for Jayasom’s wellness and sustainability culture in daily work and interactions.
• Maintain effective communication across all organisational levels and build strong relationships with colleagues, guests and external partners.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training programmes and cross‑functional initiatives to achieve business priorities.
• Support the development, mentoring and guidance of team members and interns, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within hospitality, wellness or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of brand management, guest engagement and integrated campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work proactively, solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
• Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior staff.
