Marketing Director – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

The Marketing Director will own and drive the organisation’s overall marketing strategy in Riyadh, strengthening brand positioning, generating qualified leads and delivering measurable growth across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive annual marketing strategy that supports business growth, brand positioning, lead generation and market leadership.
• Coordinate marketing activities across business units, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex business challenges into integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results in brand awareness, market share, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing priorities.
• Build a culture of innovation, ownership, performance and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in developing and managing high‑performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute integrated marketing strategies that meet defined business targets.
