Marketing Director – MENA

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead the MENA region for the Kings League, a fast‑growing 7‑a‑side football league that blends sport, esports and entertainment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the brand’s presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, driving growth, visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market segments, uncover opportunities and set measurable targets for the team.
• Lead a cross‑functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Plan, budget and oversee short‑ and long‑term campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Manage brand development and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Direct digital initiatives including social media, SEO, online advertising and content marketing.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and continuously optimise marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing roles with progression into leadership positions.
• Relevant studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
