Marketing Director – Mixed-Use Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead the branding and growth of a mixed‑use real‑estate portfolio spanning residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position will shape market positioning, drive integrated campaigns and work closely with senior executives, development and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing and brand strategy for large‑scale developments.
• Position and launch new residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media and on‑ground activations.
• Generate customer insights, segment markets and define go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage external agencies, marketing budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, development, sales and commercial functions.
• Build and strengthen both corporate and project‑level brands.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Strong background in real‑estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury or other consumer‑facing sectors.
• Proven track record marketing large‑scale projects or portfolios.
• Experience in brand, digital, communications and integrated marketing.
• Saudi Arabia market experience preferred.
