Marketing Executive

About the role

Ballurh is seeking a Marketing Executive to work directly with a co‑founder and turn marketing strategy into tangible results. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external partners, and tracking performance in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans, including content, paid campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver outputs on time.
• Run tests across channels, messages, and formats; track results and recommend improvements.
• Follow up on every task and deliverable to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Track weekly marketing performance (reach, leads, cost, conversion) and flag issues.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, brand consistency, and publishing rhythm across all channels.
• Participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and challenging assumptions.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing coordination.
• Saudi national based in Riyadh.
• Strong Arabic communication and copywriting; good professional English.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑through and ability to chase deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Curious, opinionated, and willing to learn paid advertising, analytics, and new tools quickly.
• Adaptable to a fast‑moving startup where priorities shift rapidly.
