Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and tracking of our marketing initiatives. The role will act as a hub between internal teams and external partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing marketing activities and campaigns.
• Manage communication with key partners such as Apple and Jamf.
• Maintain social media calendars and oversee posting schedules.
• Oversee creation and review of marketing assets including social posts, email banners, in‑mail designs and website banners.
• Assist with event coordination and logistics when required.
• Track deliverables and timelines to guarantee project completion.
• Facilitate internal coordination between Sales, Marketing and partner teams.
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports and updates.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as updating email signatures, PowerPoint templates and other marketing materials.

Required profile

• Basic experience in marketing coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaign processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple follow‑ups and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
