Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive integrated marketing initiatives across the GCC market for a leading multinational organization in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, supporting product launches and collaborating closely with sales and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support product launches and promotional activities.
• Coordinate commercial marketing actions with sales teams.
• Develop marketing collateral and manage relationships with agencies, vendors and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in organizing conferences, exhibitions and medical events.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and support digital marketing initiatives such as social media and email campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of marketing experience in the Dubai/UAE market within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare or FMCG companies.
• Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; strong English communication skills.
• Saudi nationals are preferred and candidates must be based in Riyadh.
