Marketing Lead

About the role

United Closets is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to shape and execute its annual marketing strategy. You will drive digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand development to support the company’s growth across furniture and interior‑design markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and plan.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, measure ROI and optimize performance.
• Design and execute lead‑generation initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Oversee brand, content, and social‑media platforms.
• Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and new branch openings.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, Google Ads, social media and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with sales to increase exhibition visits and convert campaigns into sales.
• Manage marketing agencies and suppliers, ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Prepare regular KPI reports (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, lead quality).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in kitchen, cabinetry, furniture, interior design or retail.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a proven ability to link budget spend to results.
• Experience leading marketing teams and external agencies.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and customer behavior is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
