Marketing Manager

About the role

Cazeit, a Saudi lifestyle brand that blends phone accessories with fashion, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its 360° marketing strategy. Based in Jeddah, you will translate business goals into actionable campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across digital and on‑ground channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Cazeit’s full‑cycle marketing strategy and monthly plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on social media, activations, and other offline channels.
• Build partnership programs with creators, brands, venues and organisations.
• Create and control marketing budgets, ensuring ROI‑focused execution.
• Oversee content strategy and maintain consistent output across platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership on expansion, launch and location strategies.
• Guide day‑to‑day execution with internal team members and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyse data insights to optimise campaigns and report results.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in fast‑paced or startup environments.
• Proven track record of managing both strategy and execution of campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with creative and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Saudi national, based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
