Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead Jotun's marketing function in Saudi Arabia, developing and executing local strategies that align with corporate and regional guidelines. Reporting to the Decorative Segment Director, the role focuses on building brand awareness, driving sales, and supporting the Decorative segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional segment marketing strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to create action plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Design pricing and product management strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
• Manage marketing budgets and oversee activities such as advertising, campaigns, market research, product launches, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Lead and coach the marketing team, setting clear targets and performance frameworks.
• Coordinate with regional Marketing and R&D on innovation and product development initiatives.
• Support the sales department to ensure the distribution network aligns with brand concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing (preferred).
• Over 8 years of experience in a senior marketing function.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken (preferred).
• Strong strategic vision, persuasive communication, and ability to build influential networks.
• Creative mindset with a track record of delivering innovative marketing solutions.
