Marketing Manager – Saudi National

About the role

As a Marketing Manager for Amazon Saudi Arabia, you will shape the way millions of Saudi customers discover value on the platform. You will blend customer insights with business growth strategies to make shopping more affordable, rewarding and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch customer‑focused value initiatives that drive business growth.
• Lead cross‑functional projects with Marketing, Retail, Marketplace and ShopEx teams.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop, optimize and scale customer reward programs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to create high‑impact marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
