Marketing & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Exponeur is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial‑mindset Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to accelerate its global growth and generate revenue through sponsorships and service offerings. You will lead marketing initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and help shape entrepreneurship programs linked to Expo 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Exponeur programs, competitions and events.
• Build and manage the brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns and media.
• Design outreach strategies to attract entrepreneurs, investors, corporates and government partners.
• Identify, approach and negotiate with potential sponsors and partners, selling sponsorship and service packages.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and partnership decks tailored to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international partners (GEN, MISA, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and continuously optimise marketing and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business development or partnerships, preferably within entrepreneurship programmes or events.
• Proven ability to sell sponsorships and services to corporates and partners.
• Strong knowledge of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and globally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
