Marketing Projects Leader (Remote)

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for a dynamic Marketing Projects Leader to drive end‑to‑end marketing initiatives. This remote, full‑time position will shape campaigns that attract new clients and strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute comprehensive marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce KPI and ROI reports.
• Oversee creation of digital content, brochures and event collateral.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing project management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, both digital and traditional.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of the Saudi market is a plus.
