Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, produce engaging content, and enhance our brand presence across digital and offline channels. The role works closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives directly support business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Organise and manage marketing events and activations.
• Create and oversee digital and offline marketing content.
• Manage social media platforms and support broader digital marketing efforts.
• Update and optimise website and mobile application content to improve user experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align website and app updates with marketing goals.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify new opportunities.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign and event performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
• Provide the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns that drive sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience managing website and mobile application content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
